SHIPPING POLICY
Each product sold through Indobasket website is guaranteed. Shipments will be made using CANPAR. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us to discuss return/credit options of the purchase price (not including shipping), as indicated in the guarantee.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will accept returns for credit on all unopened, undamaged and unexpired product. Packaging must be in original condition. When returning product please ensure it is packed with care so product arrives at HQ in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
